With reference to your letter dated 13/2/2012, I can confirm I was extremely satisfied with the way the transaction was conducted.

Having identified a number of vehicles I wanted to view on your website, I arranged a visit the following week and was greeted warmly and courteously by Andrew Turner. I was particularly pleased to be left to look around the vehicles without any pressure being applied by your colleague.

During and after a test drive, Andrew was most helpful and again left me to spend as much time as I needed to ultimately make up my mind.

Having access to the internet and being in a position to obtain a great deal of information, I was aware of the part exchange value I felt would be a fair reflection of the value I placed on my existing vehicle. Unlike other dealers I had recently spoken to, the offer made by yourselves I believe to be very fair indeed and I didn’t get the feeling I was being taken advantage of. Similarly, when collecting the vehicle on Saturday 11th, the process was straightforward and simple.

So after many weeks of visiting dealers and trawling the internet we now have the make/model/colour etc we had been looking for, and if we know of anyone looking for a similar vehicle I will definitely recommend Greenhous – Newcastle Under Lyme.
